- My mom was a home economics teacher, so I grew up learning to cook and sew.
- I am completely caught up on my scrapbooking for my son.
- I am a dance mom and a wrestling mom and, surprisingly, both roles have similarities.
- This year I will be celebrating my 17th wedding anniversary.
- I am counting down the days until Toy Story 3 comes out.
- Scouting has been a big part of my family life - I've been a Girl Scout leader for six years, my daughter has earned her Bronze award, and my son is an Eagle scout.
- I am preparing for a trip to Disney World soon where I can watch my son wrestle and my daughter and niece visit Mickey Mouse.

I have to say, I love this award. I LOVE classic movies and have drooled over this award on other blogs. So, when greenbean at Greenbean's Crafterole decided to hand this out to all her followers, I gladly accepted.

In ten years, I would like to have one child through college and a second one nearly done. I would like to have more time to craft (I might still be catching up on scrapbook pages from the kids' childhoods at the rate I'm going). I would like to finally have the time/money/energy to complete some of the home improvements we would like to make. Finally, I will be looking forward to being an "empty-nester" with my husband and having more "us time" to travel and enjoy life.
